現廠房位于工業園同勝路101號，占地面積超過7400平方米，實際廠房建筑面積近5000平方米。多瑪蘇州工廠現生產閉門器，地彈簧、門類五金配件、自動門系列產品以及活動隔音隔斷產品。
多瑪門控（蘇州）有限公司在中國北京、上海、南京、杭州、武漢、天津、沈陽、西安、重慶、濟南、廣州、深圳、海南、云南等地區設有辦事處，并負責推廣及銷售公司的產品和提供售后服務及技術咨詢。多瑪蘇州工廠產品以國內銷售為主，部分產品銷往海外市場，并將隨著公司的發展，逐步擴大外銷比例。
