ICTI"關愛"基金最新收費標準公告（2013 年1 月1 日正式生效）
The ICTI CARE Process has made much progress, achieving an active participation of over 2,500 factories since its inception in 2003. To ensure that our program and the related factory monitoring system maintain the highest quality, we are constantly investing in improvements to our systems and procedures and to the capabilities of our accredited auditors. Only in this way can we support our factories as they strive to achieve higher levels of social compliance. We last reviewed our fees 3 years ago and, after careful evaluation, find we need to adjust our fees now.
"關愛"程序自2003 年運作以來，已獲得超過2,500 家玩具與相關行業工廠的積極參與，成就顯著。為了確保程序不斷進步，去更有效加強工人教育與工廠管理能力，使工廠社會責任水平獲得提升，我們一直投放大量資源于各培訓項目、審核能力等方面。因此，自三年前的收費調整后，隨著程序的發展與進步，加上內部審慎評估，收費標準將于明年作出適度調整以支持程序運作。
Effective 1st January 2013, the non-refundable fees charged by the ICTI CARE Process social compliance program and the audit man day fee charged by the ICP accredited audit firms will be revised.
自2013 年1 月1 日起, “關愛”程序的標準收費及第三方收取之審核費用都將有所調整。
Two supplementary informational notes (1) New Fee Schedule and (2) Terms and Conditions are attached to this Announcement to explain this new policy in detail.
有關新收費的詳細執行內容，己附于此備忘錄第二頁的(1) 新收費標準 和 (2) 適用條件。
With this new fee schedule, we can continue to put focus our effort on advancing the ICP program and policies, to achieve broader recognition by brands and retailers. We will also provide quicker feedback and more direct communication channels by hosting additional toy association “Open Days” and Seminars. The new fee schedule is simpler as it no longer differentiates between small and large factories.
新收費體系將有助于加強ICP 項目與政策的改善, 以爭取更廣泛的品牌認授性外，同時也將用于支持今后更廣泛迅捷的溝通交流，例如與玩具協會合辦"開放日"、研討會等活動。新標準統一了對大小工廠的收費，讓收費更清楚劃一。
At the same time we are pleased to inform you that we will launch the ICTI CARE Process Participant Support Program (PSP) among brands, retailers and licensors to fund our future education and training activities.
同時，我們更將開展ICTI"關愛"程序參與者支持項目(PSP), 鼓勵玩具品牌、零售商和特許經營商參與，由他們參與資助日后的教育和培訓活動。
We want to thank you for your past and continuing support that has enabled us to form together a better social accountability system in our industry. It is only with your continuous support that we will be able to build a better ICTI CARE Process.

* For factories that already have started the annual registration process, completed the annual registration and settled the payment, current fees are applicable.
*目前的收費標準對已進行年度注冊申請、已完成年度注冊申請并已支付注冊費用的工廠仍然適用。
REMARKS注意:
1. All factories that register AND settle the registration fee by December 31st, 2012 will pay the currently valid ICP fees and audit man-day rate of USD575.
所有于2012年12月31日前完成注冊并已支付注冊費用的工廠, 將需支付現行的收費標準和審核費 (人/天) 575 美元。
2. Factories that register by December 31st, 2012 BUT DO NOT settle the registration fee before December 31st, 2012 will need to pay the new fees.
所有于2012年12月31日前完成注冊但未支付注冊費用的工廠, 將需支付新的收費標準。
3. ICFAL invoice cut-off date will be on December 21st, 2012 to enable payment in 2012; non-payment before 31st December 2012 will result in application of new fees. No ICP invoices will be issued between December 22nd and December 31st due to ENABLON system updates.
ICFAL將于2012年12月21日停止發出付款通知。所有未能于2012年12月31日前完成的付款將按照新的收費標準收取。由于2012年12月22日至12月31日Enablon系統將作出內部系統更新, 在此期間將不會發出任何付款通知與工廠。
