In Nov. 2016, Target lunched 2020 sustainability goals, focused on reaching new levels of transparency and sustainable sourcing. The goals center around three key commitments:

1. Elevating worker well-being

2. Achieving net-positive manufacturing

3. Deriving raw materials, such as cotton, form ethical sources.
