Fruit of the Loom, Inc. accepts the following industry Third Party Certifications as evidence

of compliance with our Code of Conduct.

o  WRAP: Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production

o  International Council Of Toy Industries, Inc (ICTI)

o  Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI)

o  Social Accountability 8000 (SA8000)

The above certifications are accepted only when issued by an approved Third Party Monitoring

Company as indicated below:

OUR POSITION AGAINST THE USE OF COTTON FROM UZBEKISTAN

During the past few years several reports, articles and most recently a list published by the

United States Department of Labor on September 2009 have denounced the use of children and forced

labor in the harvesting of cotton in Uzbekistan. Child and Forced labor practices are a critical

violation of the Company’s Code of Conduct and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

As a company committed to basic human rights we require that all our business partners refrain from

purchasing cotton directly from Uzbekistan or knowingly sourcing yarn or textiles from vendors that

source cotton from Uzbekistan when manufacturing any of the Company’s family of products. In addition,

we require that all our business partners take the necessary measures to maintain records identifying

the origin of the cotton used in the manufacturing of all our products and have the records available

for audit.

As one of our business partners you must complete and sign a document certifying that you understand

and enforce our policy against the use of cotton from Uzbekistan. We are committed to staying informed

about this very serious issue and any violation to this policy will be appropriately remediated and

ultimately result in the termination of the business relationship with the Company.
