Section 8 – BBY 出貨批準要求 Requirements for BBY Shipment Release

8.1首單產品出貨放貨條件 Shipment release conditions for first shipment PO#:

8.1.1BBY 出貨前產品檢驗合格 BBY final random inspection for 1st PO# shipped product is passed

8.1.2按 BBY 要求的可靠性測試合格;Reliability testing by BBY requirements is passed;

8.1.3BBY 首件檢驗合格 BBY first article check is passed;

8.1.4生產制程管控流程經 BBY SQE 審核認可; Manufacture process quality control process is approved by BBY SQE;

8.1.5生產直通率及相關的質量數據達成 BBY SQE 與供應商設定的目標值;Production yield rate and related quality goal is aligned with BBY SQE; 8.1.6 提供前五項不良缺陷的原因分析及改善對策; Top 5 defect root cause analysis & solution is required to provided;

8.2BBY 返單產品出貨放貨條件 Shipment release conditions for BBY repeated orders;

8.2.1BBY 出貨前產品檢驗合格; BBY final random inspection for shipped product is passed;

8.2.2按 BBY 要求的 ORT 可靠性測試合格;On-going reliability testing by BBY requirements is passed; 8.2.3 按 BBY 要求的電氣性能參數測試合格;Performance parameter measurement by BBY requirements is passed;

8.2.4生產直通率數統計并達成 BBY SQE 與供應商設定的目標值; Production yield rate and related quality goal is aligned with BBY SQE;

8.2.5提供前五項不良缺陷的原因分析及改善對策;Top 5 defect root cause analysis & solution is required to provided;

8.3BBY 貨品可以出廠的條件 Conditions for BBY Shipment Ex-factory:

8.3.1 BBY SQE 發行的出貨放行通知郵件; Shipment approval notification is released by BBY SQE;

8.3.2 供應商內部出貨流程必須經質量部門審批且有批準信函; Vendor must have approval notification for their internal shipment qualification by vendor’s quality department;
