重慶博*生物科技有限公司WILKINSON社會責任驗廠于2月25日正式啟動
重慶博*生物科技有限公司營范圍：生物技術的研發及咨詢；研發、生產、銷售：寵物食品、寵物用品、化工產品（不含危險化學品）；加工、銷售：農副產品；貨物及技術進出口業務。（國家禁止和限制的除外）。
該公司于2019年2月21日與我司正式簽訂咨詢服務合同，2019年2月25日由我司梁老師在該公司正式開始WILKINSON社會責任驗廠項目的咨詢輔導工作。
Wilkinson威爾金森驗廠一般分為Wilkinson 質量驗廠和Wilkinson 人權驗廠（或稱SEE驗廠，SEE的英文全稱是（SOCIAL,ETHICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL）。Wilkinson質量驗廠和人權驗廠通常同時進行。wilkinson驗廠，是委托第三方公正行，對供貨商的品質、社會責任方面進行驗廠。
Wilkinson驗廠重點內容
1、公司的合法性：
客人通過對公司營業執照、稅收登記證、消防走火圖等文件數據的查看以證實該公司是否合法及安全。
2、童工和未成年工：
客人絕對禁止公司雇用未滿16周歲的童工，能接受雇用16周歲以上18周歲以下的未成年工，但必需有政府部門的以及有實際行動確保未成年工的身心健康。
3、岐視：
客人不允許公司在錄用及提升員工的時候存在有性別、種族、年齡、信仰等各方面的岐視。驗廠人員一般會查看所有的在職人員人事檔案及最近6個月離職的人事檔案及勞動合同。
4、工作時間：
公司必需要按當地的法律法規確保工人的休息時間，每周至少休息一天，每周工作不可以超過60個小時。
5、勞動報酬：
平時加班及法定假日加班要按當地法律規定的資率支付員工的工資，并且每個月的工資不可以低于當地的最低工資標準?？腿艘话銜榭醋罱?個月或12個月的員工考勤及工資發放記錄。
6、懲戒性措施：
客人不接受公司對員工進行任何的罰款、打罵等措施，更不接受公司有強迫勞動的行為。
7、健康與安全：
公司要提供健康安全的工作場所以及有必須的環境保護措施及相關的許可。對特種職業的員工要有相應的操作。
8、反恐：
對人員來往以及貨物的流通不僅要有相應的程序，還要有相應的運作記錄。對公司的實體安全，針控管理必需要按客人的要求保存記錄。
